Privacy Policy

Your trust, kept.

We collect as little as we can, use it only to serve you and the mission, and never sell or share it for anyone else's purposes. Here is exactly how it works.

Last updated: September 2026

Who we are

This website is run by Making Christ Known To All Mission ("MCK Mission", "we", "us"), a registered mission organisation in Nigeria. If you have any question about your information, contact us at info@jesus4india.com or on WhatsApp at +234 912 365 6683.

We handle personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, for supporters abroad, with the same care expected under laws such as the GDPR.

The short version

  • This website has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
  • Our forms don't store anything on this website. They open WhatsApp or your email so you can send the message yourself.
  • Online gifts are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
  • We never sell, rent or trade your information.

What we collect, and why

When you give (Harvest Partners)

To process your gift, Paystack collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email, the amount, the date, what you chose to support, and a payment reference. We use these to record your gift, send you receipts, manage your monthly partnership, send you the Harvest Report, and meet our legal and accounting duties. Card details go directly to Paystack, a PCI-DSS certified provider, and never reach our website or our team. See Paystack's privacy policy.

If you give by bank transfer, we receive the details your bank shares with the transfer, such as your name and the narration you add.

When you contact us, volunteer or ask for a report

These forms open WhatsApp (or your email) with your message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send, and nothing is saved on this website. We receive only what you choose to send, such as your name, country, phone number, email and message, and use it to reply to you, consider your volunteer application, or send what you asked for.

When you tell us you prayed to receive or return to Jesus

This form also opens WhatsApp. We ask for your first name and a phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email and country, so we can follow up with you personally and invite you to the MCK discipleship class. We keep these details private, follow up one to one, never add you to a group without asking, and never share your details with anyone.

When you join a prayer group

Our prayer groups (Pray4India, Pray4Nepal and the language groups) run on WhatsApp. When you join a WhatsApp group, other members of that group can see your phone number and profile, and WhatsApp handles your data under its own privacy policy. If you'd rather stay private, follow our prayer points on our social media instead.

What this website remembers on your device

To make the site easier to use, your browser remembers a few settings on your own device: the language you chose on the prayer page, and where you stopped reading Mango Tree Dialogues. These never leave your device, contain nothing personal, and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Services that help run the site

  • Vercel hosts this website. Like every web host, it keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
  • Paystack processes online gifts.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) carries our prayer groups and conversations.
  • Unsplash serves some of the photographs on this site, so your browser loads those images from Unsplash's servers.
  • Links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep giving records for as long as the law requires for financial and tax purposes, and the rest only for as long as we need it to serve you. If you stop being a Harvest Partner, we stop sending you partner updates.

How we protect it

Only the people who need your information to serve you can see it. We never publish the names, photographs or locations of our supporters, volunteers, or the missionaries and pastors we work with.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just email or message us, and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children

Our giving and volunteer forms are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's involvement.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
